Patrick Schneider co-founded Calhoun Commercial with the goal of providing occupiers of space with best in class conflict free representation. Patrick has a full service real estate background that encompasses all aspects of a real estate transaction. Patrick’s specific areas of expertise include managing a strategic planning process, financial analysis, site selection, and portfolio and transaction management.
Prior to co-founding Calhoun Commercial, Patrick spent 10 plus years with DTZ, previously UGL and Equis, where he spent his entire career working on behalf of occupiers of space. Patrick had the opportunity to work with several industry leading professionals while gaining experience working on projects ranging from Fortune 100 clients to small local one-off facility needs.
Patrick is responsible for developing and implementing creative solutions that address clients’ needs while supporting their long-term business plans. He is also responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the growth and strategic direction of Calhoun Commercial.
Patrick’s representative client list includes; Aramark Corporation, Baldor Corporation, Beckhoff USSA, BWAY Corporation, Checkpoint Security Systems, Chrysler MOPAR, Delphi, Dynamex Inc, Haynes International, Jasper Engines, Medline, NAMPAC, Pepsi America, RTP Company, SAFELITE Autoglass, Scotts and several others.
Originally from Columbus, IN, Patrick received his Bachelor ‘s Degree in Marketing and Finance from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Patrick and his wife Krissy reside in Edina, MN with their two children, Charlie and Catherine. Like most living in Minnesota, Patrick thoroughly enjoys the summers, spending as much time outdoors with family, golfing, fly-fishing, and hiking.
David Wiegratz is a co-founder of Calhoun Commercial, a commercial real estate firm focused on helping occupiers of space. David brings experience and a focus on transaction advisory, complex lease and occupancy negotiations, and business development to Calhoun Commercial. David feels fortunate to work with many great clients and is passionate about putting together the best in class resources to make a difference in his client’s businesses day in and day out. This passion is and continues to be a catalyst for the creation of Calhoun Commercial and delivering truly client focused real estate services.
Prior to founding Calhoun Commercial, David worked for DTZ, one of the "big three" global real estate firms. During David’s 7 year career at DTZ, he worked on projects small and large, ranging from local, small businesses to Fortune 100 organizations. This experience helped David, along with his Co-Founder, to develop best practices for helping occupiers of space pro-actively manage their real estate process and deliver the greatest economic benefit to their bottom line.
David’s representative list of clients includes: Alcatel-Lucent, Amsoil, Athletica, BASF, Chrysler, Diebold, Great Northern Corporation, Innotek, Scotts, Scholastic Book Fairs, Unitron, U.S. General Services Administration, and many more clients.
David is originally from Neenah, Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota where he double majored in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. David, his wife Erin and three children reside in St. Paul, MN. David is a passionate fan and season ticket holder for MN United and yes, still roots for the Packers.
